Today I've put together one of my favorite summer ensembles, (that's right..) black on black, with a tinge of cream. I'm wearing these amazing black leather shorts from some days lovin, c/o UO, and paired it with a simple black tee from brandy melville. My sweet lace cardigan (with rhinestone detail) is "vintage" TOPSHOP, c/o beacon's closet [♡]. I paired this all with some high knee socks also from UO, and my adorable off-white high top converse. Finally, I could not have finished this off without a little drama, so this navy felt hat is from forever 21.
I love the way my makeup came out in this shot, so I'll share with you guys the details on my eyes and lips. My eyes are simply, mac's painterly on the lids, a bit of soft brown in the crease, and finally, urban decay's half baked in my inner tear duct. my liner consists of bobbi brown's gel in black ink, and mac's lord it up eye kohl on my lower lash line. The 'natural' flush on my cheeks is courtesy of tarte's exposed, and my lips are the perfect shade of summer red with mac's retro matte dangerous.
Simply daring for a summer day.
