RHPS show please? I was inspired to go all Rocky-Horror casual with this look and I think I did a bit of a time warp, if I do say so myself! I started with these fabulous denim bell bottoms I picked up from H&M (funny enough, I bought them for a Sonny + Cher Halloween costume, but I love them enough to make them an actual staple in my wardrobe!) They're super comfy and are a nice shade of deep denim, complete with sailor-like gold buttons. I also love the wide-legged pant, which is a style I've been meaning to get into but I've always been hesitant to because of my height. The trick for us petites is to find a bell bottom pant that sits at the perfect length with a heel. These were actually a bit long, so I ended up hot glueing my own hem on the bottom.. super easy and they came out great.
Next, I added a short sleeve sweater by Brandy Melville and popped on my J.Crew wool blazer. This blazer is an absolute lifesaver on fall November days because it's light enough where you don't feel bundled up, but heavy enough to keep you really warm during those wind chills. Finally, I added this maroon beanie, also from Brandy Melville, and I love the dimension and texture it adds to the entire look. I finished it all off with my matte black leather Jeffrey Campbell Lita's, vintage leather bag, and wickedly dark french mani.
